dedicated to Champagne experts or the ones who want to become !
If you want to create your how champagne, this experience is for you. I will make you discover unique Champagnes and do 3 special Champagne creation workshops during an all day private tour. At the end, you will be offer to buy your bottles.
1- I will collect you where you are staying in Reims or in Epernay.
2- Visit the most beautifull viewsight of the Unesco landscapes of champagne.
3- Drive to a small champagne village and visit one of my friend winewaker.
4 - He will show you all the method of creating a champagne.
5 - First workshop : "Learn how to redle the bottles".
6 - Second workshop : "Blend & taste your own Champagne". Create your champagne blending last harvest still wines.
7 - Third workshop "Dosage". The winemaker will disgorge the bottle manually just for you and we will play to add the liquor.
8 - Final tasting of 4 different champagnes
