You will first discover La Cavale, an exceptional domain, both because of its location in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, and its extraordinary architecture: a building more than 65 meters long, built in a very contemporary style.

A 500 square meter shop, a real concept store; cultural and atypical, it is above all an oenotouristic space apart or visitors live wine experiences, fun and educational.

6 wines, 6 chocolates, a range of possible combinations for your pleasure and that will delight your taste buds as much as they will surprise you. We will give you some good advice on agreements between different types of chocolates with a choice of matching wines.

Many grape varieties traditionally used for the production of natural sweet wines are found around the Mediterranean, including various regions of southern France. They are called "muscat", "grenache", "malvoisie" or "macabeo". The chocolate is made locally, in the heart of the Natural Park of Luberon.

Stéphane Roux, a passionate chocolatier based in Pertuis (around Aix-en-Provence), makes no less than 56 kinds of chocolate candies, but he never forgets his first love when he says: "What I 'love the most is to work with this raw material of superior quality, and with it, anything is possible'. Anxious to control the cocoa sector from one end of the production chain to the other, in 2015 he founded "Cacao Diklae", a cocoa plantation located in Costa Rica, allowing him to control the production from A to Z .
