Outside of time, in our tasting room in the heart of historic Bordeaux, discover the vineyards of Bordeaux, its traditions and winemakers through the tasting of Old Millésimes and Grands Crus Classés at their peak of maturity accompanied by products of the terroir.

Every Saturday from 12h to 14h, reveal the mysteries behind the Grands Vins de Bordeaux and their fame. Accompanied by a professional wine, this service consists of an introduction to the vineyards of Bordeaux, its history, its traditions; an introduction to tasting techniques; from the explanation of the many classifications dotting the terroir and the tasting of 4 vintages between Vieux Millésimes and Grands Crus Classés from the Bordeaux region, raised by us, accompanied by a restoration based on charcuterie and local cheese.

All vintages presented for Crus Classés are at least 10 years old.

From the Cousin et Compagnie winery, a short stroll through the Saint Pierre district will take you to the tasting room in the heart of secret Bordeaux.
