5 day intensive cooking course The day will start with breakfast at 8am then followed usually with shopping and kitchen preparation in the morning.

In the afternoon ,after sharing the lunch we have prepared altogether, you will have some free time with suggested food related sites to visit if you wish or you can just relax and do your own thing.

At 5pm it’s back in the kitchen for more preparation until 7pm giving just enough time to freshen up before dinner

Aperitifs start at 8pm with an amuse bouche we have prepared altogether.

I will ask 1 or 2 people to help with the service each night so you all get to see how service works .

We will have four courses every night

All meals including drinks are provided for the 5 days
