You will first discover La Cavale, an exceptional domain, both because of its location in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, and its extraordinary architecture: a building more than 65 meters long, built in a very contemporary style.

A 500 square meter shop, a real concept store; cultural and atypical, it is above all an oenotouristic space apart or visitors live wine experiences, fun and educational.

Itinerary

This workshop is for someone who wants to become familiar with the different stages of tasting.

The dress first: evaluate the coloring intensity in the glass, the visual appearance.

The nose: smell, turn your glass, smell again ... learn to develop your sense of smell, your bouquet of scents. What is a retro-olfaction?

On the palate: freshness, vivacity, or roundness and suppleness? Floral and fruity or vegetal and woody? How to describe the sensations and the aromatic palette that you perceive? In which families of flavors to classify them? What vocabulary to use?

Learn to describe 4 wines from the Domaine de la Cavale, give your personal impressions and remember that there are no good or bad answers .. Each palace is unique and each will have its own interpretation.

Knowing how to recognize all the flavors of a wine and immediately find the words to describe them, what a pleasure!
