Visit a famous winery in the Loire Valley. In the Saumurois area, the estate will be located at Puy Notre-Dame famous for its chalk soil which makes the wines more delicate and complex.

The new designation Saumur Puy Notre-Dame is the perfect example. The wines are made in a traditional way, bottled and then sold at the estate. Grape varieties used for wines are local grape varieties of the Loire Valley: chenin for white wines, cabernet franc for rosé and red wines. The winemaker will be glad to welcome you for visiting and tasting.

During the visit, your chef will explain to you the work of a wine producer then the winemaking process in the winery. Then at last, you will visit together the troglodyte cellar. You will end with a commented tasting of different fine wines paired with local snacks.
