A LITTLE HISTORY...
You will learn that the baguette owes its origin to the Napoleonic campaigns: the breads were previously round for better conservation. This form would have been invented by Napoleon's bakers in order to make the bread more easily transported in a pocket by the soldiers.

You will learn to master the art of making and shaping French baguette thanks to your artisan-baker. You will discover that the baguette must correspond to very specific characteristics, that each craftsman has his own techniques of confection, etc. This moment of sharing will also allow you to learn more about the baking profession and the particularities of this very special profession.
