Moving from the spine and pelvis

The postures will be experienced as an opening towards the other, because yoga is not just a return towards oneself, each narrow on its small carpet, but it is, in fine, a succession of movements which allow to exceed the limits of our skin to meet the world and the other, just like the baby who, already in the womb, intrigued, seeks to discover the beyond of his comfort zone. These sessions will restore vitality and energy and allow us to rediscover the feeling of a living body. We will taste our self-confidence again and we will be ready for a return to everyday life on new bases.

Itinerary

This weekend's sessions will be dedicated to our spine. We will bring back our spine in its axis and we will become aware of our pelvis, our true center.
The journey will begin with a correct seat, which allows the spine to erect itself naturally without effort deploying all the beauty of its undulations. Suddenly, without any artifice, the breath will circulate in its column of air, the body will vibrate in its three dimensions and it will be again energetically alive. The diaphragm will go up and down freely, giving the pulsation to the other vaults of the body, which will be able then move in harmony with this muscle, which will help us find our alignment.
There will be slow movements - slowness necessary for awareness and perception of what is happening in the body -, induced by our breath. From the seat, we will travel on all fours, standing, on our stomach, on our back, before the essential relaxation.
