Organic French Wine and Food Pairing

I grew up in the wine business and has a unique insight in the wine and culinary world and love to share that history with you in my little wine shop.
A unique opportunity to immerse yourself more deeply within the French culture and learn about French wine and regional gastronomy.

Itinerary

The experience takes place on my wine shop which is located in the Sentier area in the 2nd arrondissement, very close to the well known rue Montorgueil.

You will discover in total 4 types of organic wines that I have pre-selected prior along with some local delicatessen pairing with the wine, plus baguette tradition that I buy from the best boulanger of the neighborhood. (Please note that if you have any allergies you may say it in advance in order to adjust the experience).

You will learn about differences between organic, biodynamic and natural wines. You will learn about the different steps of wine tasting and will be served plates with French products -meat, fish, vegetables and cheese- pairing with the wine.

The experience can be offered in French if group is only French speakers
