You get to discuss directly with the farmers and chefs with the help of our guide who also happens to have been culinary trained in Paris and has been living and working in food for nearly fifteen years.

Itinerary

We will visit a local caviar producer, see the sturgeon fish up close and learn how to taste caviar. This is followed by a lunch of local seafood and then a visit with tasting of local oysters. We will have time to talk directly to the people making these products and learn their history as well as see how they are used in local cuisine.
