Private course of Macarons

In the friendly atmosphere of a Parisian private kitchen, close to Montmartre, you will learn how to make macaroons with Aurélie or Marion, two authentic Parisians passionate about cooking and gastronomy. They will give you all the tricks to make your macaroons at home: the consistency of egg whites, how to macaroon, use the pastry bag to make pretty shells ... You will also have time to make a second pastry typically French : the madeleine (so delicious at the exit of the oven). At the end of the class, you will taste your creations with a drink and take them with you.
