During 3 hours, you will learn and realize from beginning to end your recipe.
The chef (a passionate, passionate and pedagogical professional) will have the upstream shopping, print the recipe and prepared the workstations.
You will be able on the spot to taste your creations in the best conditions, with tea / coffee / filtered waters, and will leave with those which you will want to keep for later. :-)
