Discovery of La Cavale, an exceptional wine estate, both for its location in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, and its extraordinary architecture: a building of more than 65 meters long, built in a very contemporary style.

A 500 square meter shop, a real concept store; cultural and atypical, it is above all an oenotouristic space apart where visitors live fun and educational experiences, around wine.

We offer a workshop "Scents & Flavors", around the awakening of the senses, mainly based on the smell and its properties: how does the olfactory device work? What is it used for? The olfactory function and its faculties ...

We will make the link with the world of wine, talk about the different categories of scents, the birth of the "smells of wine" exposing the great aromatic families, a small aside on the olfactory defects of wine and how to recognize them.

Then, the identification of the aromas of the wine through the original discovery of the olfactory bar; a practical part with the creation of flavor ballotins based on natural ingredients from each category of scents.

A tasting note to conclude with a tasting of 3 wines of the domain, accompanied by tapenade "house".

A universe to discover to develop your own bouquet of scents.
