Itinerary

Day 1: Tbilisi-Mtskheta-Kutaisi

Stop At: Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, Arsukidze, Mtskheta 383400 Georgia
he first place we visit is Svetitskhoveli cathedral in Mtskheta. Mtskheta is considered religious center of Georgia.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Jvari Church, Mtskheta Georgia
Next stop is Jvari monastery. From There is amazing view on Mtskheta, Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Tbilisi, Tbilisi
In old part of Tbilisi. We cover: Metekhi church, Europe square, Bridge of peace, Cable way ride to Narikala fortress, Legvatkhevi waterfall, Sulphur bathes of Tbilisi and Liberty square.

Day 2: Kutaisi, monasteries and wine

Stop At: Kutaisi, Kutaisi, Imereti Region
The first stop is the first gymnasium of Kutaisi. Here guide tells about history of Georgia and Kutaisi. After taking pictures group continue to white bridge, then go through park of love and visit Golden marquee palace. Then we go to central grocery Bazar. After short shopping we walk to central square of Kutaisi. The next stop is central park, statue of Sisters Ishkhnelebi and memorial of "9 April". Then we pass by opera house and Mon Plaisir arch.

Stop At: Kutaisi National Museum of Military Glory, Mari Brose St., 2, Kutaisi Georgia
Here is kept heritage of Kutaisi and western Georgia
Duration: 50 minutes

Stop At: Bagrati Cathedral, Bagrati Street, Kutaisi 4600 Georgia
After museum ​we drive up to Bagrati cathedral that overlooks the city. It was built in 11th century as a symbol of united Georgia.
Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Road to Gelati Monastery, Kutaisi 4600 Georgia
Afterwards we move to Gelati monastery of 12th century. There are 3 big churches, an academy, grave of David the builder, bell tower and houses of monks in the complex. It was built by the greatest Georgian King David The Builder.

Stop At: Motsameta Monastery, Tbilisi, Kutaisi 0172 Georgia
Then we move to Motsameta monastery that is related to story of tortured brother lords David and Constantine Mkheidze. It’s built on the cliff and is surrounded by the river from 3 sides. The nature and colors around monastery are amazing.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Baia's Wine, baia Abuladze Wine Cellar, Meore Obcha 1000 Georgia
Firstly Baia and Gvantsa (Baia’s sister) show us vineyard that is just behind their house. Then we move to wine cellar to test several types of wines they have. They produce “Tsolikouri”, “Krakhuna”, “Aladasturi”, “Ojaleshi”, “Otskhanuri Sapere” and of course “Chacha”. Afterwards we sit around big table full of Georgian food. Their mom makes the most delicious Imereian food you’ll ever try.

Day 3: Kutaisi-Mestia

Stop At: River Enguri, Zugdidi Georgia
The first stop Enguri water dam. Then we stop for lunch at restaurant on they way.
Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Hatsvali Ski Lift, Georgia
Cable way goes from 1500 to 2300 m altitude. From the top there is amazing view on Ushba (4700-4710m) and Tetnuldi (4850m).
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Margiani's House Museum, Lanchvali Street, Mestia 3200 Georgia
Next stop is Margiani family fighting tower and house-museum and that was built in 14th century.

Day 4: Mestia-Ushguli-Kutaisi

Stop At: Ushguli, Georgia
Our first stop is tower of love that represents story of prohibited love. Afterwards we keep off-roading to Ushguli. Once we achieve Ushguli our vehicles are parked in the center. Guests have 3 hours to explore the ancient towers and churches.

Day 5: Prometheus cave & canyons

Stop At: Prometheus Cave, Kumistavi Georgia
The first stop is Prometheus cave that is 1,8 km long and is located 40 meters below sea level. In the cave there is a hall of love where people even get married. Here you can enjoy with underground boating.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Martvili Canyon, Martivili Georgia
At Martvili canyon here we take a boat tour through the canyon and explore depth of it along waterfalls.
Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Okatse Canyon, Village Gordi of Khoni Municipality Gordi, Khoni, Georgia, Kutaisi 5900 Georgia
The final attraction on tour is Okatse canyon. This is the deepest canyon in Georgia with hanged bridges and sky walks. There are 2 ways to achieve bridge: trekking on 3 km route and taking off-roading taxi. Off-roading is pretty impressive experience.

Day 6: Kutaisi-Vardzia-Tbilisi

Stop At: Borjomi Central Park, 50, 9 Aprili Street, Borjomi 1200 Georgia
In Borjomi central park we are able to taste mineral water from springs.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Rabati Castle, Akhaltsikhe Georgia
We explore medieval castle with local guide who tells us about history and structure of it.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Vardzia, Erusheti Mountain, Aspindza 383770 Georgia
The last destination is Vardzia – City of caves. When all rooms of the complex are explored we go to Tbilisi
