Day 1 - Meeting at the airport. Accommodation at the hotel. Free time
Day 2 - Breakfast. Our first stop is the city of Uplistsikhe.
The oldest fortress city Uplistsikhe, carved into the volcanic rocks of the Kvernaki ridge. It was first mentioned in the chronicle of the 1st century. BC e., and its heyday reached the IX-X centuries. No more than 150 caves from a huge settlement survived, where the number of grottoes carved into the rock once exceeded 700. On the way back we will see the house-museum of I.V. Stalin in the city of Gori.
The next stop is the ancient capital of Georgia, Mtskheta. This city is rightly called the “Second Jerusalem”. Day 3 - Breakfast
Kazbegi is the most beautiful nature in combination with the powerful ranges of the Caucasus and the unique flavor of Georgian traditions and hospitality. Our first stop, Lake Zhinvali, is an artificial lake that originated in the 70s of the 20th century. The view of the lake against the mountain that surrounds is very popular with tourists. Further, the medieval fortress Ananuri, shrouded in legends and interesting stories. Before reaching the village of Pasanauri, we will see the confluence of the rivers, the White and the Black Aragvi, and you will see for yourself why these rivers are so called. Further on our way is the ski resort Gudauri. Crossing the main Caucasian ridge (Cross Pass 2379 m.). Immediately after the pass, we stop at a narzan source, mineral water flows down the mountainside and makes it yellow-white - this is a very beautiful place. From there we descend through the Baidar valley to the Terek gorge and soon we get to Stepantsminda In the evening we return to Tbilisi.
Day 4 - Breakfast
