Itinerary

Day 1: Tbilisi Abano Omalo

Stop At: National Park of Tusheti, Telavi Village Pshaveli, Omalo 2200 Georgia
Departure, On the way Ujarma fortress church from 3-5th centuries, Alaverdi church from 11th.

Arrival in Tusheti, Omalo village(driving approx. 8 hours)

Overnight in Shenako or Omalo with a friendly Tushetian family house.
Duration: 1 day

Accommodation included: Overnight in a guesthouse

Day 2: Oreti lake

Stop At: National Park of Tusheti, Telavi Village Pshaveli, Omalo 2200 Georgia
Horse riding to Oreti lake. Overnight in Omalo or Shenako
Duration: 1 day

Day 3: Diklo village

Stop At: National Park of Tusheti, Telavi Village Pshaveli, Omalo 2200 Georgia
Horse riding or trekking to Diklo village via Shenako village. From Diklo possible to see Diklo mount. 4285m. Overnight in Traditional Tushetian stone house.
Duration: 1 day

Day 4: Dartlo

Stop At: National Park of Tusheti, Telavi Village Pshaveli, Omalo 2200 Georgia
Destination Dartlo. Not easy walk, another mount to cross at the elevation 1900m, but what you see it's worth of this, believe me or book the tour to see. We will stay overnight at Kvavlo abandoned village, at the ridge which overlooks Alazani river and Dartlo from the eagle's height

Day 5: Kvavlo, Dano villages

Stop At: National Park of Tusheti, Telavi Village Pshaveli, Omalo 2200 Georgia
Kvavlo, Dano, Parsma villages, end of the Pirikiti gorge, then if you aren't falling apart, trail goes to Khevsureti, little hill 3431m, but it's not our case. We will drive up to Mirgvala, at the crossroad and continue the way on foot to Gometsari gorge, Bochorna, Dochu, Iliurta villages

Day 6: Drive back

Stop At: National Park of Tusheti, Telavi Village Pshaveli, Omalo 2200 Georgia
Driving back, sulfur bath in mountains. On the way we can visit some Kakhetian wine cellars, have relaxing evening. Overnight in Kakheti.
