On May 25th 1913 Adolf Hitler arrived in Munich for the first time. From the party’s creation in 1920 to the end of WWII, it was the heart of the Nazi organisation. In 1935 Munich was given the title “Capital of the Movement” (Hauptstadt der Bewegung).

Join us to learn how Adolf Hitler created the Nazi party and eventually rose to power. Although the Third Reich lasted from 1933 – 1945, their will be a big focus on the events that happened in Munich before this time. We shall walk the buildings where speeches were given, where the party was created and where individuals opposed the regime at great risk.

Our tour gives you a great chance to learn about the many events that happened during the rise of National Socialism in Munich in the 1920’s, whilst linking events that happened in the 1930's.
