On this tour we take you to the largest Bavarian lake, the Chiemsee. There, you will visit the Herrenchiemsee Castle, built in the 19th century by the fairy tale king Ludwig II. Idyllically situated on the island of the same name, the magnificent palace also called "Bavarian Versailles" will enchant you. Afterwards, the ship continues on the Fraueninsel.

Take a leisurely stroll around the car-free and cycle-free island, enjoy the special island flair over lunch in one of the numerous restaurants and beer gardens, or visit the Frauenwörth Monastery, the oldest nunnery in Germany.
