Itinerary

Day 1: Flight Athens to Santorini

Stop At: Santorini Airport, Thera 847 00, Greece
Arrival in Athens. Connecting flight to Santorini. Upon your arrival on the island, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2: Santorini: Semi-private sunset catamaran cruise

Stop At: Caldera Yachting Santorini, 25is Martiou, Thira 847 00, Greece
In the afternoon join the 5 hour semi-private catamaran sunset cruise along the caldera. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling in private bays like the famous volcanic hot springs. Satisfy your appetite with famous Greek dishes, enjoy a rich barbecue on board, with fresh seafood and taste our culinary skills but also the history of Santorini which will amaze you and the cultural diversity will intrigue you.

Day 3: Santorini

Day at leisure to enjoy the sun, the unforgettable view and the most romantic sunset in the world. Santorini is the essence of a Greek island, where sea meets weather-beaten rock and colors are bold and elemental. Blue-domed chapels stand on hilltops; houses are simple white cubes, sunsets flamboyant orange. The half-moon island, with its rearing cliffs and dramatic outlooks, is all that remains of a huge volcanic explosion. Inland, fertile soils provide a softer landscape of silvery olive trees, fields of tomatoes and neatly pegged vineyards that produce sweet amber-colored wine.

Day 4: Ferry from Santorini to Naxos

Stop At: Athinios Port Santorini, Epar. Od. Ormou Athiniou, 847 00 Greece
At the indicated time you will be transferred to the port for your 2,5 hour ferry trip to Naxos island. Upon arrival on the island, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 5: Naxos island

Day 8: Half day tour to Delos island

Stop At: Archaeological Site of Delos, Delos 846 00, Greece
Only a 45 minute boat ride away from Mykonos, Delos was the centre of the Cyclades of the ancient world, the island of light, birthplace of Apollon and Artemis, home to the first multicultural civilization and trade.

There is a lot to see: having been inhabited between 2500 and 69 B.C. Delos boasts of many treasures remaining from these rimes like the ancient market place Agora, the famous terrace of the Naxos lions, the holy lake, the ancients living quarters and the theatre that gives you a lively vision of the daily life then; especially the houses of Dionysos, Kleopatra, the Trident, the Masks, the Dolphins with their mosaics are a fantastic experience of art not to be missed.

Furthermore there is the Temple of Isis, the Egyptian goddess, the Roman water system and cisterns and the wonderful museum with plenty of breathtaking mosaics, statues and many more objects found during the excavations.

Day 9: Mykonos island

Day at leisure in Mykonos to enjoy this unique island. Mykonos island is a wonderful kaleidoscope of cosmopolitan shops, rocking bars, quaint windmills, great beaches, homey taverns and hidden churches all set against a brilliant blue backdrop. And it's not just the water that sparkles in the sun on Mykonos, but also the marble streets and beautiful white cubist buildings that characterize the island's architecture.

Day 10: Ferry from Mykonos to Athens (Piraeus port)

Day 11: Morning half day Athens guided city tour

Stop At: Acropolis, via Dionysiou Areopagitou str., Athens 105 58 Greece
Morning sightseeing tour of Athens. The striking contrast between breathtaking monuments of a glorious past and modern elegant structures is what you will enjoy during your tour of Athens. Visit the Acropolis,the crowning beauty and glory of Ancient Athens, with its many monuments atop its rocky base, including the awesome Parthenon, the Propylea, the temple of Athena Nike and the Erechtheion, with its Porch of Maidens. Drive to the Roman Temple of Olympic Zeus, the Panathinaikon Stadium(site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896), the Tomb of the unknown Soldier in front of the Parliament House on Constitution Square. See views of government buildings and elegant structures of the 19th century. Drive along Panepistimiou Avenue and view the Catholic Cathedral, the Academy, University, National Library. In contrast, conclude your tour with a visit to the new Acropolis museum, a marvel of architecture with a full exhibition of the glory of Ancient Athens. Afternoon at leisure.
