Visitors to Corfu island in Greece will not know what to admire first, the natural beauty of the island or the picturesque city and villages or the wide variety of the magnificent bays and beaches. The eastern coasts offer a calm sea and a wide range of marine sports. The western coasts of Corfu, offer vast sandy beaches and some fascinating bays, shaped amongst the rocky cliffs that actually reach down to the sea.
There are several museums and Byzantine churches, archaeological monuments and Venetian fortresses, and impressive landscapes to see on the island. Inland offers carefree strolls on traditional paths, excellent views from the mountain of Pantokratoras where one is able to scan the sea and see the islands of Erikousa, Othoni and Mathraki, the Albanian coast, Paxoi, Antipaxoi and if the visibility is good the coastline of Italy. As for the entertainment, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs to suit everyones taste.

Stop At: Corfu Old Town, Agias Sofias 24, Corfu Town Greece

Suggested itinerary:

-You will be met at the port by your Cruising Excursions Guide
-Commence the tour with a short stop at a Koum Kouat Distillery
-The tour will continue to Paleokastrita Beach where there will be 20 minutes free time
-The next stop will be Bellavista View Point (approximately 40 minute stop)
-Scenic Drive back to Corfu Town
-Free time in Corfu Time (time permitting)
-Return back to port to board your cruise ship

This tour is a great opportunity to discover the beautiful countryside of Corfu combined with time to enjoy the atmosphere and sights of Corfu town. To start you will drive to the traditional Koum Kouat Distillery – this citrus fruit only grows in Corfu – and is used to make one of Corfu’s most famous products the Koum Kouat liqueur, you will also be able to purchase the local produce if you wish.

Our drive then takes us through numerous pretty villages and towns with stunning views and plenty of photo opportunities.

From the village of Bella Vista, we have an opportunity to take in the stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the breath taking Paleokastrita with its rocks and coves.

We make our way through the countryside to Corfu town where we have time to enjoy a walk through the pretty streets, view the famous landmarks, or perhaps just sit and relax in one of the many pavement cafes and watch the world go by.

We then return to the port in plenty of time to re-join our cruise ship.

Confortable walking shoes are recommended and during the Summer months suitable sun protection is suggested.

If you wish to enter religious sites during your free time, please ensure you are dressed appropriately – no bare shoulders or shorts are permitted.

When does my tour start?
This tour is designed around your cruise ship timings, the tour start time will be clearly displayed on the shore excursion vouchers. This tour can start in the morning or the afternoon.

When do I return to port after my tour/excursion?
This is a 4 hour tour, so you will be returned back to the port at the end of the excursion, we guarantee to get you back to your cruise ship in plenty of time for your cruise ship departure. All tour times are based on Shore time (ie local time, - not ship time)
