Inner Blue - 7 Days of Sailing and Scuba Diving in the Cyclades

This week we will dive into the underwater world of the western Cyclades. Free from the restrains of the local diving centers, we will carry our gear on the boat and together with our onboard scuba instructor we will explore the beauty of the Cycladic archipelago.

Our trip begins from Lavrion marina near Athens and will take us through Kythnos, Serifos, Sifnos and Poliegos where we will set our anchor in remote bays and anchorages suitable for diving.

Explore tried and tested diving spots with colorful reefs, mysterious sea-caves and intriguing shipwrecks, and get acquainted with a diverse underwater fauna, potentially including some friendly barracudas. Your diving strolls will take you through the clearest Aegean waters, with a perfect underwater visibility. You will become your own scuba explorer as you will discover bits and pieces of historic shipwrecks or ancient artifacts.

Itinerary

Day 1: CHECK IN LAVRION MARINA - KEA

Stop At: The Port, Unnamed Road, Lavrio 195 00, Greece
Check in at 17:00. Meet your Captain, your hostess, your scuba instructor and the rest of the crew. Get ready for our departure from Lavrion harbor towards Kea.
Duration: 7 hours

Day 2: KYTHNOS

Stop At: Ag.Sostis, Unnamed Road,, Kithnos 840 06, Greece
Time for our first dive. We will begin our day with a lengthy tutorial which will cover everything we need to know to dive safely as we sail towards the island of Kythnos for the Dive.
Duration: 12 minutes

Stop At: Loutrṓn, Λουτρά, Kithnos 840 06, Greece
We will spend the night in the Marina of Loutra
Duration: 12 hours

Day 3: SERIFOS

Stop At: Kalo Ambeli beach, Greece
Today we sail towards the exotic Serifos with its sandy beaches for our second Dive.
Duration: 1 day

Day 4: SIFNOS

Stop At: Kamares Beach, Kamares 840 03 Greece
In the morning we will sail to the port of Sifnos for re-provisioning
Duration: 12 hours

Stop At: Phykiáda, Sifnos 840 03, Greece
In the evening we will sail to the bay of Fykiada for our dive and our beach BBQ
Duration: 12 hours

Day 5: POLIEGOS

Stop At: Poliegos, 84001 Greece
No Cycladic trip feels complete without a stop in Poliegos and that is exactly what we are going to do. Get ready for our fourth dive in one of our favourite islands in the Greek seas.

Day 6: BACK TO SERIFOS

Stop At: Vroulidia Beach, Greece
It’s time to start heading back North. After a half-day stop in Sifnos for our fifth and final dive.
Duration: 12 hours

Stop At: Koutalas Beach, Koutalas 840 05 Greece
In the evening we will sail to Serifos for our last night in the Cyclades.
Duration: 12 hours

Day 7: KYTHNOS - LAVRION

Stop At: Kolona Beach, Kolona, 840 06 Greece
For our final day we will sail early in the morning to Kolona bay in Kythnos for a quick swim before we head back to Athens

Stop At: Port Police Lavrio, Lavreotiki 195 00, Greece
In the evening we will sail back to Lavrio for our farewell drinks
Duration: 12 hours
