Scuba Diving for Beginners from Chania

No wonder Discover Scuba Diving is our most popular activity. It is specially designed for people who have the utmost curiosity about scuba diving and wish to try it in a safe and friendly environment. The course lasts about 3 hours and consists of a 25 minutes theory class and an actual 45 minutes dive of up to 8 meters.

The course is also suitable for children 8-10 years old, and in this option, the dive reaches a maximum of 2 meters.

The whole activity is supervised by our PADI instructors, ensuring maximum fun and safety, with a ratio of one instructor for every two adult students and one instructor for every child.

Enjoy a 3-hour program for beginners, including: a theory lesson, a 45-minute dive (maximum depth around of 8 meters), all the necessary diving equipment, full insurance and a dive guide. Minimum age for this program is 8 years, however, in that case, the depth will be two meters.

All activities are under the direct supervision of our highly-skilled PADI instructors. Safety is ensured with a ratio of one instructor for every two guests and one instructor per child. 

The program is offered twice daily, either at 09.30 am or at 14.30, and includes full insurance, professional PADI instructors and all the diving equipment you will need. Come and join us for your first underwater experience! We will also take lots of pictures and videos as a beautiful reminder of your time with us.

The dive takes place at the wind-shielded, abundant in marine life, little bay of Koutalas beach , but you may also do the same program from the boat, with a small surcharge, payable directly on the day of the tour.
