While cozy in our cafe seating area we will guide you through a tasting expedition, led by one of our trained tea "sommeliers". You will have a unique opportunity to taste the vast and ancient world of Caribbean tea, become familiar with whole-leaf artisan varietals and their growing processes, learn how to develop your taste buds and expertly steep tea at home.

We will begin our 1-hour workshop by tasting a variety of specialty Caribbean tea Mango Leaf, Bay Leaf, Cocoa Cinnamon, Lemongrass and Soursop. As we taste each tea we'll explain what defines each category, share fun stories from farms, and talk about the health benefits of each tea. Enjoy the presentation as each tea is prepared with mindfulness and precision. Questions are always welcome and you will also have a chance to purchase any of the teas you’ve tasted.
