I will be happy to share with you two daily sensational yoga sessions, moments of meditation, organic, tasty and self-made meals, as well as precious moments when we will simply do "nothing", alone or with together.
I will also suggest some activities to discover or rediscover the magnificent Guadeloupe and moments of relaxation by the pool.
The practice will be sweet and adapted by me to everyone, whatever your health and your level.
