We are a travel agency that focuses on offering the best personalized service to our clients in organizing tours and cultural trips around Guatemala. In addition we want to promote interaction with local communities in order to create work opportunities and increase respect for the environment and local traditions and customs.

Itinerary

Day 1: Airport pick up in Guatemala City, transfer to your host family in San Juan del Obispo. Dinner in your host family.

Pass By: Antigua Guatemala Cathedral, 5a Calle Oriente 5, Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala
Transfer to the town of San Juan del Obispo.

Meals included:
• Dinner: At the host family.
Accommodation included: Guatemalan host family.

Day 2: Tour in Antigua. Visit to the Artisanal chocolate factory in San Juan del Obispo.

Stop At: antigua guatemala, Unnamed Road, Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala
Tour in Antigua Guatemala.
Duration: 2 hours

Meals included:
• Breakfast: Meals are given by the host family.
• Lunch: At the host family.
• Dinner: Given by the host family.
Accommodation included: Accommodation with a Guatemalan host family.

Day 3: Cooking class and lunch in the cooking school “La Tortilla”. Community work in the afternoon.

Day 4: Visit to the indigenous women’s cooperative in Santiago Zamora. Social work in the library “Caldo de Piedra”.

Visit to the indigenous women’s cooperative in Santiago Zamora.

Lunch in your host family.

Social work in the library “Caldo de Piedra” to read with the children from the community.

Day 5: Community work. Lunch in the village. Community work.

Day 6: Visit to the ruins of Iximché. Walk in the Atitlán Nature Reserve (and optional zipline tour).

Stop At: Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

Arrival to the hotel in Panajachel.

• Breakfast: Breakfast will take place at a restaurant located in Tecpán, a town on the way to Panajachel - Atitlán.
• Dinner: At a restaurant in Panajachel.

Day 7: Boat tour to the villages around the lake and art and handicrafts class in one of the villages.

Stop At: Panajachel, Guatemala

Day 8: Visit to Chichicastenango.

Stop At: Mercado de Chichicastenango, Btw 7a & 8a Calle, Chichicastenango 14006 Guatemala
Visit to Chichicastenango.

Lunch in Chichicastenango.

Return to Panajachel.

Day 9: Tour at the village of San Juan la Laguna. Visit to the coffee and the women weavers cooperative. Watch the murals.

Stop At: Panajachel, Guatemala
Walk to the neighboring village of San Juan la Laguna.

Visit to the coffee cooperative “La Voz“.

Lunch in an indigenous women’s cooperative in San Juan la Laguna.

Day 10: Departure for Comalapa. Lunch in an art gallery in Comalapa. Art class and visit to the village.

Stop At: Unnamed Road, Chimaltenango, Guatemala
Return to Panajachel.

Return to Antigua.
