Within ten minutes drive from the center of Antigua we are in a coffee finca forest and we can have a walk in a very diverse tropical nature, during which we may find and gather some wild herbs to add to our after-sauna snack .On the way down we can contribute in maintaining the woods clean by picking up every single bit of rubbish...

afterwards we enter the sauna with a one hour full -body Swedish massage ( optional)

and at the end we can enjoy a relaxing snack on the terrace with the most spectacular view of the vulcanos in the whole area.

Itinerary

go on a walk in the woods ( optional),
take a wood -burning traditional Finnish sauna ( a one-hour full body Swedish massage is also available on demand)
followed by a light refreshment on our beautiful terrace facing the vulcanoes
