StandUp Paddle Yoga + Breakfast!
I am a Spanish nature lover who felt in love with the lake. I have been working as a dancer and yoga teacher for 10 years. Last summer i dived into the art of practising yoga floating on a Paddle board. I would love to share my passion and my special SUPYoga classes here at the lake.
The sunrise session is perfect for the ones who love waking up early and are already staying in Santa Cruz. The water is flat and calm, there are almost no motor boats, and most of the days the sky is an spectacle of colors and textures.
The 8or 9am sessions are perfect for those who are not staying in Santa Cruz and need to get a lancha to get here. It's still early and the conditions are wonderful.
After a short introduction, we will jump on the board, paddle towards the center of the lake and enjoy the stunning spectacle that the lake offers at that time. After a sungazing opening and a pranayama (breathing) exercise, we will go through a 45' Vinyasa serie of asanas (dynamic sequence of postures) that i specially designed to practise on top of the Paddleboard.
After a guided Savasana floating relaxation, we will paddle back to the shore to round up the session with a yummi and healthy breakfast.
