South of Iceland:
We stop at the gorgeous Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls. Seljalandsfoss is part of the Seljandsá river, which has its origins in Eyjafjallajökull glacier. Skógafoss, another famous Icelandic waterfall.

Golden Circle Tour:
The Gullfoss, Geysir, and Þingvellir bus tour takes you on a day trip to see the world-famous Geysir geothermal area and Gullfoss, the queen of Icelandic waterfalls, as well as Þingvellir National Park. The Geysir geothermal area boasts spouting springs, including Strokkur, the most active geyser in Iceland.

Itinerary

Day 1: Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik City Hotel Accommodation

Stop At: Keflavík International Airport, Keflavíkurflugvöllur, 235 Keflavík, Iceland
Welcome to Iceland
Individual transfer by Coach from Keflavik Airport to a bus stop near your accommodation in Reykjavík where you spend the night. We provide you with ideas how to explore Iceland’s capital on your own.

Stop At: Aurora Reykjavik, Grandagardur 2 aurora Reykjavik, Reykjavik 101 Iceland
Later in the night proceed for Northern Lights hunting. The Northern Lights tour in Iceland takes you to see a spectacular natural phenomenon which happens during the winter months.

If you don't see any lights on the tour you can re-book again for free.
The tour is scheduled daily, however, we do cancel the tour if the forecast for the weather- and the aurora is not promising enough when we cancel, passengers who are booked can change their booking to another date.

Day 2: Reykjavik City Tour

Pass By: Reykjavik City Hall, Tjarnargata, Reykjavik 101 Iceland
On this tour, you will get the highlights of the history and culture of Reykjavík, Iceland’s beautiful capital. This three-hour long tour takes you to the most important places of Reykjavík. Visit: Höfði | Sólfarið | Harpa | Höfnin | Hallgrímskirkja | Bessastaðir | Hafnarfjörður.

Day 3: Golden Circle: This tour takes you on a day trip to see the world-famous Geysir, Gullfoss and Thingvellir National Park.

Day 4: South of Iceland

Stop At: Lava Centre, Austurvegi 12-14, Hvolsvollur 860 Iceland
We start our tour from Reykjavik and head to the Lava Centre in Hvolsvöllur. It is approximately an hour and half ride. We will stop at Lava Centre for a short break and you are able to grab light snacks and use the facilities. The Lava Centre is dedicated to Iceland's riveting volcanic activity and it's frequent earthquakes.

Stop At: Seljalandsfoss, Hella Iceland
Seljalandsfoss is part of the Seljalandsá river, which has its origins in Eyjafjallajökull glacier. What makes Seljalandsfoss so famous and interesting is that you can walk behind it. We recommend you bring either a raincoat or a waterproof coat along if you want to walk behind it.

Stop At: Skogafoss, Skogar Iceland
Skógafoss is an iconic Icelandic waterfall, it is the starting point of the Fimmvörðuháls hiking trail over into Þórsmörk. The waterfall was also used in filming Thor: The Dark World and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Stop At: Jökulsárlón Iceberg Lagoon, Þjóðvegur, Iceland
Huge blocks of ice constantly break off the glacier, Breiðamerkurjökull, and large icebergs float on the lagoon. The lagoon is not very wide but it is up to 250 meters deep which makes it the deepest lake in Iceland. Breiðamerkurjökull is an outlet of the Vatnajökull glacier

Stop At: Diamond Beach, Diamond Head Drive Glacier Lagoon Jokulsarlon, Jokulsarlon Iceland
The Diamond Beach is a strip of black sand located by Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon.Here, the icebergs which fill Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon wash up on shore, standing dazzling and defiant in stark contrast to the black sand beach.

Vík is a charming village surrounded by high beautiful bird cliffs. Population: 300

Day 5: Into the Glacier

Stop At: Langjokull Glacier, Iceland
explore West Iceland with its diverse attractions, including the Icelandic Settlement Centre in Borgarnes, which details the history of the settlement of our land, and Deildartunguhver, the hot spring with the highest flow in Europe. Further along, be sure to visit the captivating Hraunfossar and Barnafoss waterfalls. History buffs may also enjoy a detour to Snorrastofa, the medieval research institute in Reykholt, where Iceland´s most famous Viking poet, politician, and historian, Snorri Sturluson, wrote the saga Heimskringla in the 13th century. He is also the author of the bible of old Norse mythology, the Edda. Visit a unique and remote man-made ice cave in Langjökull, one of Iceland’s largest and most spectacular glaciers. Arrive at Húsafell area with stops at Europe’s most powerful hot spring Deildartunguhver and the beautiful Hraunfossar lava waterfalls. After a lunch break in Húsafell, we head on up to Langjökull, partly in a specially modified glacier vehicle (Monster Truck). It will take us almost to the top of the glacier, where we enter the magnificent cave. Going Into the glacier is an unforgettable trip which takes place in one of the world’s greatest wilderness. Day 6: Blue Lagoon

Stop At: Blue Lagoon, Nordurljosavegur 9, Grindavik 240 Iceland
Soak up in the warm and comfortable Blue Lagoon, one of the wonders of the world, during your visit in Iceland. The Blue Lagoon is one of Iceland's most famous tourist attractions, and considered by many to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, as well as an unmissable part of one´s visit to Iceland. The Blue Lagoon offers a lava and moss filled scenery, state of the art facilities, a unique atmosphere and silica masks that make your skin extra firm, yet incredibly soft! For these reasons and many more, visitors from all over the world visit the Blue Lagoon daily, and many return again and again. After having enjoyed all that the Blue Lagoon has to offer, you return to Reykjavík.
