Hot and cold G spots challenge
Like Ralph Waldo Emerson once said. Do not go where the path may lead.
Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
Agenda is as simple as 2 + 2 first well warm up hiking to our farthest destination, after descending into each cave we start with stretching, then exploration time and be ready for some squats, push-ups and more stretching ! More effort you put into these exercises more youll see and oh boy take our word for it, there is plenty to see ! Depending on your fit level well see anywhere between 2 to 4 caves. So youll get some cardio/ work out day for sure.
Because we do it often we know after half a day spent underground in humid and cool environment there is nothing better than warm bath but than again bath sounds sooo boring. Unless you are in Iceland where you can just simply submerge yourself in a natural hot geothermal stream.
Our minds would relax in beautiful valley while our mouths would have a chance to taste Icelandic style hot dog made at hot springs.
