7 Nights 8 Days Leh Tour with Pangong

Leh, also referred to as the Land of High Passes, is one of the major tourist destinations located in the state of Jammu & Kashmir of Northern India. Leh is famous all around the world for its beautiful monasteries, colorful markets, adventurous trails, etc. There is no other place in India except Leh where one can experience complete bliss in the lap of Nature. It is not only visited by Adventure enthusiasts but also explored by nature lovers, history lovers, etc.

Day 1: LEH ARRIVAL

Upon arrival, our representatives welcome you and assist you to transfer at your pre-booked hotel. Check-in at the hotel on reaching and relax. Evening is free to take a stroll in the local bazaars.

Day 2: LEH

In the morning after Breakfast, head out for local sightseeing. Today, you will visit monasteries like Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame and etc.

Day 3: LEH / KHARDUNG LA / DISKIT / HUNDER

After Breakfast, check-out from the hotel and start for Khardung La which is the Highest Motorable Pass. Thereafter, resume the journey towards Diskit and then Hunder. In Diskit, you will visit Diskit Gompa or Diskit Monastery which is the oldest and the largest Buddhist monastery in the Nubra Valley.

Day 4: HUNDER – LEH

Celebrate a beautiful morning in Hunder with Bacterian double humped camel ride. Next, take a visit to Panamik that is known for its hot sulphur spring. Later return to Leh via Khardung La and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 5: LEH – HEMIS – PANGONG TSO

After sumptuous Breakfast, check out and leave for Hemis to visit Hemis monastery which is known to be the biggest monastic institution in Ladakh since 11th century.  Afterwards, make your way towards Pangong Tso Lake. Enjoy the stunning vistas and spend the rest of the day in the lap of nature.

Day 6: PANGONG TSO – LEH

In the morning, make your way back to Leh. On the route, take a visit of Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace.

Day 7: LEH

The day, you could visit the confluence of Zanskar and Indus River at Nimoo. Enjoy white water rafting in Zanskar River. Next, drive to Alchi for visiting the magnificent Alchi Monastery. Also visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Magnetic Hill. If time allowed, you could also visit Likir.

 Day 8: LEH DEPARTURE

 This day, after a short feedback meeting, you will be transferred at the place of your choice.
