Itinerary
Expect to taste the food wonders of Northern India especially dishes from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan and Kashmir. At times the food will also include dishes from other regions of India (Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal and South India) where I have stayed in the past and learnt from the locals.
The experience includes:
1. Welcome drink (non-alcoholic)
2. Two Veg appetisers with one non-alcoholic drink
3. Two Non-veg appetisers with one non-alcoholic drink
4. Two Veg mains
5. Two Non-veg mains
6. Salad, chutneys and other condiments
7. A rice dish (Biryani, Pulao, Cumin Rice, Peas Pulao)
7. Mixed Indian breads basket
8. Two Indian desserts
Interested guests can practice the art of North Indian cooking on some of the dishes, learn the tricks of cooking certain dishes, clear some myths around Indian cooking, get to eat the "real" Indian dishes which are hardly ever available in modern restaurants and take back the taste and friendships to last a lifetime.
For breakfast the menu will be curated separately and won't include the above but be traditional still with a variety of paranthas (North India)/ Dosa/Idli etc. The dishes will vary periodically.
