Renu has an MSc. in Ayurveda Medicine. She has been in the field of Ayurveda for more than 15 years. She has lived a high-speed life in London as a lawyer and knows how to incorporate Ayurveda into modern daily life. She knows the availability of foods across the continents and understands how to incorporate Indian and non-Indian based foods into a modern lifestyle.

Itinerary

They will have 30 minutes Ayurveda theory class on nutrition. This will be followed by an interactive cooking class based on Ayurveda. We offer Indian, fusion and Western Cooking. They will get a full take away meal of what they have cooked and if time permits they can eat the food here. The class will last between 2.5 to 3 hours.
