Also if booked two weeks in advance, we can make a wooden block of your own choice, whatever design you provide ( chargeable basis ). Also, we provide TWO items you can print at the workshop. You can choose between a shirt, bandana, scarf, apron or a tote bag. And the activity ends in a sumptuous traditional indian meal

Itinerary

An interactive workshop at a century old house converted into a beautiful multi-designer store. The workshop aims to nurture your understanding of a printing technique that is a part of India's contemporary textile culture. As your eyes get fixated on the intricate sharpness of every carving, you get sensitized to the painstaking time and effort involved in each stage of the printing process.During these workshops one gets to develop their skills in block printing and also gain experience by learning and working alongside skilled craft person. It is very interesting to see how the prints are hand made with small wooden blocks, usually with different colours extracted from nature.

At the end of workshop, you will learn

3. How to make colour fast
4. Take your personalised scarf, tote bag, shirt , bandana ( any two items of your choice )
