The Social Impact Journey is a mesmerizing journey for individuals interested in the social impact space, entrepreneurship, innovation or India and it’s society.

If you are looking to learn, travel and give back, this journey is for you!

You will be introduced to the most fascinating and inspirational female social entrepreneurs! These women will tell their story and share their innovative solutions to today’s social, cultural, and environmental issues. Stunted by the cultural norms in a patriarchal society that sees women as just mothers and wives; they must fight to break their poverty cycle.

Throughout this journey you will be able to:
- Experience the role of women startups and social enterprises in India.
- Travel like a local
- Visit an all-woman community center
- Volunteer!
- Meet the female beneficiaries from the local slum
- Experience Indian Cuisine

We will meet at the Churchgate Train station and travel to Malad by train like a true local and in a sustainable and fun way!

From Malad, we will take a Rickshaw to the women empowerment center. Here, you will be introduced to the most fascinating, ambitious and inspirational female social entrepreneurs and will be able to learn about how unskilled women are taught design to earn an income as artisans and fight inequality and inequity!

Learn their stories of struggle and endurance in the training center and contribute to their movement by volunteering at the center.

Afterwards we will enjoy an authentic Indian lunch from an Indian restaurant!
