Itinerary

Day 1:
A traditional Indian welcome awaits you when you arrive at Akkarakalam jetty on the luxurious House Boats.
1.00 pm: The House Boat sets sail and heads to the narrow canals in Kainakkari ,Kainakary Vattakayal. Kuppapuram, Lunch is served on board. The House Boat sets sail and heads to the “Vembanad Lake” Asia's largest freshwater lake. Watch a whole new world unfold during your cruise as you sail along the tranquil waters. And then through a shimmering exotic maze of interlinked canals and rivers and lakes bordered by vibrant and lush green foliage, palms and paddy fields. Set sail and travel through R-block, in region which is the famous rice-bowl of Kerala, Bordered by mud walls reminiscent of the dykes of Holland, the fields are a striking example of the few places where farming is done below sea level.cruising through, Chithira Kayal with more of the below-sea-level paddy farming, the house boat will dock at Moonnatiinmugham. In the Evening you can have a Village walk through the paddy fields.

7:30 am: We embark on the Breakfast Sail to Kuttappuram,Chennamkary , Nedumudi region return to Akkarakalm jetty by 9:00 am, ready to go on with your journey,
