An interactive cooking session, where we train you hands on about the various cooking techniques involved in cooking this 3-course meal from the Northern region of India. All our instructors are trained and qualified chefs with more than enough experience in imparting culinary education.

• Chicken Tikka - Tender boneless chicken pieces marinated in curd and spices and cooked in a clay oven
• Shahi Paneer - Cubed cottage cheese cooked in an onion and tomato gravy, with aromatic spices
• Dal Makhni - Black lentils simmered to perfection tempered with onions, tomato and finished with butter and coriander leaves.
• Punjabi Mutton Curry - Goat meat, marinated and cooked in an spicy onion tomato based gravy.
• Kheer - Rice cooked in milk and flavored with cardamom seeds, almonds and raisins.
