The giant fort was build in the 15th century by Rana Kumbha. One of the major attractions in Kumbalgarh is the fort. The architectural design of the fort is not only eye-catching but also mesmerizing as well. The fort is spread in the area of around 36 Kms and the walls were build to protect the people and king at the time of war. The place is also famous as the birthplace of the great warrior Maharana Pratap. The fort has around 300 temples and various architectural wonders.

Ranakpur is a small yet beautiful town situated 33 Kms away from Kumbalgarh. The place is an attraction because of the Jain temples that were built at the time of Adinath who was the first spiritual leader of the Jain community. It is said that he conquered the cycle of rebirth. The place is not only spiritual but also wonderful when it comes to architectural beauty and designs. There are other temples as well including Chaumukha, the four-faced temple.
