The building is situated in Ram Nivas Garden in Jaipur is the oldest museum of the state. Albert Hall Museum is also called as Government Cental Musem. The foundation stone was laid during the visit of Prince of Whales, Albert Edward in1876; this also led to its name, Albert Hall Museum.
