It was the residence of the former prime minister of India which was later converted into a beautiful museum to honor her. One can see the collection of rare photographs of the Nationalist movement, the personal moments of the Nehru-Gandhi family and her childhood.

It is a memorial dedicated to the Mahatma Gandhi. Raj Ghat has a black marble platform that marks the area where the great Mahatma Gandhi was cremated after his assassination in 1948.
