Day 1: Jaipur to Jodhpur to Jaisalmer

Pass By: Jodhpur, Jodhpur, Jodhpur District, Rajasthan
On the way to Jaisalmer, view a few places in Jodhpur. Jodhpur is a prominent tourist attraction and home to many temples, forts, and palaces. And then we again start heading towards Jaisalmer.

Day 2: Jaisalmer Tour

Stop At: Jaisalmer Fort, Fort Road Amar Sagar Pol, Jaisalmer 345001 India
As one-fourth of the city still resides in the fort, it is believed to be one of the few living forts in the world. The fort was built by Rawat Rawal Jaisal from which the fort gets its name, Jaisalmer Fort. It is the second oldest fort in Rajasthan and now declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Stop At: Gadisar Lake, Postal Colony, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan 345001, India
Raja Rawal Jaisal, the first ruler of Jaisalmer, built the lake and it was revamped by Maharaja Garisisar Singh. It is one of the famous tourist spots in Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer Fort looks very beautiful from this lake and this lake is home to many migratory birds.

Stop At: Kothari's Patwaon-Ki-Haveli, Near Patwa Complex, Patwa Haveli, Jaisalmer 345001 India
It is the oldest haveli in Jaisalmer and it is not just one haveli but a cluster of five. Also known as a mansion of brocade merchants, a great work of architecture can be seen in this haveli.

Stop At: Jaisalmer Sunset Point, Dr. K. L. Achalvanshi Colony, Jaisalmer 345001 India
It is another famous spot in Jaisalmer. You can experience Jaisalmer Fort on one side and sunset on another. You might also get to hear some local folk songs.
