This 200 level Meditation Teacher training is a 21 days intensive residential course available to all sincerely aspiring souls, irrespective of previous experience or practice. While the course focuses on meditation, yoga practice is an integral part of the training as a means to prepare the body, energy systems, and mind for deep meditation. At the completion of this course, you will not only be well versed in meditation and yogic knowledge and wisdom, but also qualified to offer classes, workshops and 100 level meditation training.

During this teacher training course, you will receive 200 Level meditation training that will qualify you to apply the techniques in order to accomplish personal transformation for yourself and share the knowledge with your future students.

Itinerary

BECOME A PROFESSIONAL MEDITATION TEACHER.

Meditation teachers or those with equivalent experience or training. In exceptional cases, confident individuals with certain skill sets may be eligible for this course without prior yoga or meditation training. The focus of the course is on meditation however, students will have the opportunity to gain in depth yoga training as well. Yoga is used as a set of tools used to prepare the body, energy, and mind for true meditation. Upon completion of this course, you will be certified to offer 100 and 200 levels Meditation Teacher Trainings, alongside with regular classes and workshops.
