Day 1: Arrive Delhi (No Meal)

A driver picks you up on your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport or your New Delhi hotel. From there, you will be transferred to your accommodation and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing (B,L)

At 9:00am, visit the Old Delhi, Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. Then, drive past the Red Fort (Lal Qila) to reach Raj Ghat before visiting Qutub Minar. Once your visit is complete, you'll have lunch and spend the rest of your day as you wish.

Day 3: Delhi to Jaipur (B,L)

After breakfast, depart for Jaipur at 9:00am. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy shopping in the local bazaar for precious gemstones, silver jewelry, clothes, and more.

Day 4: Jaipur Sightseeing (B,L)

Have breakfast, then come 8:00am, make your way to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Amber Fort for some sightseeing with your guide. Enjoy lunch afterwards, then visit City Palace, the principle residence of the ruling family. Finally, enjoy the rest of your day independently.

Day 5: Jaipur to Agra (B,L)

After breakfast, depart for the 5-hour drive to Agra at 9:00am.

Optional - While enroute, visit Fatehpur Sikri or the Taj Majal, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Check into your hotel afterwards.

Day 6: Agra to Delhi (B,L)

Enjoy breakfast, then at 8:00am, pay a visit to the Taj Mahal as well the Agra Fort. Once your tours are over, check into your New Delhi accommodations.

Day 7: Delhi to Amritsar by Train (B)

Board the train to Amritsar in the Delhi Railway Station at 6:30am for a 7:20am departure. In the evening, visit the India/Pakistan border for a Change of Guard's ceremony, complete with flag hoisting and lowering. Enjoy your night as you wish.  

Day 8: Amritsar to New Delhi (B)

Eat breakfast, then at 8:00am, visit Amritsar’s resplendent Golden Temple Spiritual Center of Sikh Faith. Later, see the Jallianwala Bagh Memorial, an important monument dedicated to hundreds of martyrs of a massacre in 1919. Then at 4:40pm, transfer from the Amritsar railway station to Delhi. Upon your arrival, the driver will drop you off at your New Delhi hotel.

Day 9: Depart Delhi (B)

Relax in the morning, then at noon, transfer to the bazaar for shopping. Take part in a late evening transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport.
