Arrival Transfers -
• For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting at Pillar no. 14 at exit 5 of Arrival Hall holding a placard with your booking name.
• The driver will wait for you for up to 1.5 hours from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1.5 hours after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge of INR 300 will apply for waiting time exceeding 1.5 hours.
• If the waiting time exceeds 2.5 hours and you remain out of contact, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
• If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2.5 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued.

Departure Transfers
• For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time
• For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you for up to 15 minutes from scheduled pick up time. If you are late, please call the local operator or the Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
• If you are still out of contact after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
