You would meet the guide that is going to take you on the trip early at your chosen location, which can be the airport or your hotel. After this you would travel to Agra in an air-conditioned vehicle and the journey will take around 4 hours. When you arrive in Agra you will head directly for the Taj Mahal, which is a mausoleum that was built in the 17th century for Mumtaz Mahal, who was the beloved wife of the Mughal Emperor named Shah Jahan. You can stroll slowly through the gardens and the gateway and admire the stunning building, which is full of white marble pillars and domes that shine spectacularly in the morning sun.

 

After this you would head to the huge 16th century standstone fortress called Agra Fort, which is also a UNESCO protected site. This once served as a prison, fortress and a palace for Shah Janan, who had also be incarcerated here while having a full view of the massive mausoleum he built, the Taj Mahal. You can enjoy exploring the maze that is full of courtyards, mosques and pavilions that are in the walls, while nothing their Asian and Hindu architectural styles. After lunch at one of the top local Indian cuisine restaurants you can export some of the local art areas of the city. After exploring for an hour you will return back to Delhi where you will be dropped off at the airport or your hotel.
