The traditional Rajasthani art of Udaipur is world famous. Only in Udaipur can you have the experience of learning miniature painting techniques handed down through generations of artists.

Itinerary

We will show you the traditional materials and techniques used to create the miniature art for which Udaipur is famous. We will show you how to paint with natural mineral colours on paper, using squirrel-hair or camel-hair brushes. You will create your own paintings that you will take home as a unique souvenir! You will be guided by an expert artist throughout the class. Breaks for tea/water can be taken as needed. And don't forget to bring your camera or phone!
