Yin Yoga is wonderful practice also because it facilitates Meditative space while doing Asanas to explore mental alignment and leads to deep calmness which resolves problems like anxiety, hypertension, high blood pressure and balancing sugar levels etc. Yin yoga is also a beautiful path to explore the feminine energy in individual which leads to more nurturing, embracing and caring side of mind rather being hard, critical and forceful, in our modern life we often have Yang situation more which make us really hard on our selfs that don’t give space to explore our peaceful nature. Qigong and Taichi are some of the other practice which focuses on these aspects but yin yoga is complete practice, which helps to integrate TCM, Qigong, Taichi and Yoga under one umbrella

Itinerary

1.Pranayama-: This subject focuses on experiencing different Pranayama practices explain in Yogic practices and how to teach them.  
2.Yin Yoga asana class-: This subject mainly focuses on 24 different Asanas being explained in Yin Practice and experiencing different effects of them on body and mind.  
3.Yin Asana Alignment class-: This subject essentially focuses on explaining 24 asanas alignment and using of props, support and modification related to limitations.  
4. Yin Philosophy-: This subject focuses on explaining the different perspective of Taoist philosophy, Chinese 5 element theory.  
5. Sound Healing-: This subject focuses on experiencing different meditation techniques related to sounds and focuses on different Yin meditation, Zen meditation techniques to go more deeper in subtle body experience.
