The main aquarium maintains thousands of Indonesian marine animals. A total of 35,500 Indonesian marine fish from 35 different species are maintained here.

The size of this aquarium reaches 38 x 24 m with depths varying from 4.5 to 6 m and storing 5 million liters of sea water. Because the size of the main aquarium is recorded as the second largest seawater aquarium in Southeast Asia.

The Freshwater Area is equipped with collections of freshwater animals from various countries, including piranha and Arapaima gigas from the Amazon river. The freshwater aquarium displayed has several themes including Aquarest (Aquarium Rain Forest), Aquarapaima, Aqua Car, Ex-Quarium and Piranha Aquarium.

Lorong Antasena is an 80 m underwater tunnel that is operated with automatic walking footings with a translucent dome. Allows visitors to enjoy the view of "under the sea" without having to worry about tripping while looking up to see fish.

The Dugong Aquarium is home to rare marine mammals, namely Dugong (Dugong dugon) and the Otter's Track is home to Aonyx cinerea semi-aquatic mammals.

The enchantment of marine life was added to the existence of an aquarium of coral reef ecosystems containing coral, sponge and various biota inhabiting beautiful coral reefs, as well as various aquariums containing various other unique marine animals such as the Giant Pacific Octopus, Spider Crab, Pineapple Fish and the living Nautilus in very cold temperatures.
