Itinerary

Day 1: It's Bali, baby!

Pass By: Ngurah Rai International Airport, Jalan Raya Gusti Ngurah Rai, Tuban, Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80362, Indonesia
You've made it! Welcome to Bali. Finally, after weeks of anticipation and excitement, your day has finally arrived. We completely appreciate that arriving in to a busy international airport can be stressful and disorientating. But don't worry, we're here waiting for you.

Once you've passed through immigration and collected your bags, make your way to the main arrivals area. On your right you'll see lots of people waiting for others holding name signs. Ignore those and keep exiting the arrivals corridor.

As you leave the corridor, on your right side you'll see a small coffee counter. Waiting right there you'll see one of our team holding a sign with our company name on it. Just head on over, introduce yourself, and we'll whisk you off to your first hotel.

Once you're checked in, rested and freshened up, we'll all meet at the hotel bar for an informal chat over a cool drink. This is a great way to get to know your travel mates and to break the ice.

Day 2: Let's Get This Party Started!

Today is the official start of the tour and the best way to kick it off is a more formal group orientation. Here we'll explain to you more about the tour, what to expect, how to make the most of your trip and more. We'll also have a quick Q&A session to answer any questions that you have for us.

Once we've completed this meeting, we'll head out to explore Kuta town. We'll point out to you the places of interest, places you need to know about, explain how Kuta operates and the local cultures and customs so that you don't make unnecessary cultural faux pas.

We'll end this gentle walking tour at the world famous Kuta beach where we can take a seat on the sand, grab a cold beer and relax as the sunsets.

Tonight, however, once we're all freshened up and ready to go, we'll leave the hotel and head to a local restaurant for a traditional welcome meal. After that, we'll head in town to explore Kuta by night, a night you'll never forget!

Day 3: Time to Get Wet!

Stop At: Waterbom Bali, Jl. Kartika Plaza, Kuta 80361 Indonesia
This morning, you'll probably need something to help you recover from last night and we have the perfect hangover remedy! After you've filled your bellies with food we'll take a gentle stroll to Bali's Waterbom - an excellent waterpark with heaps of activities, slides and pools. Choose to do absolutely nothing but get that tan cooking, or get your adrenaline surging on the white-knuckle slides!

From there, we'll head to one of our favourite locations, the Flow House. Here you can learn to surf without worrying about getting covered in sand! That's right, learn to surf indoors. This is hilarious fun and make sure your camera's ready as the wipeout's are belly-achingly funny!

Day 4: From Crazy Kuta to Sleepy Ubud

Stop At: Nungnung Waterfall, Plage Petang Badung, Nungnung 80353 Indonesia
Sadly we depart Kuta today as we head inland to the jungle town of Ubud. This is the centre of Asian relaxation, meditation and therapy. A town made famous by the movie, 'Eat, Pray, Love' Ubud has a laid-back, relaxed vibe, but it also has a great nightlife that comes alive after dark.

On the way to Ubud we'll stop off at one the islands highlights, the comically named Nungnung waterfall. This is a breathtaking natural beauty spot. The sheer size and power of the waterfall will blow you away! It's a bit of a trek to reach the waterfall but once you're there, if you need a refresher, jump in the natural pool!

Once we're back in the van, we'll then stop at another of Bali's highlights, the Giant Swing. Constructed on the side of a deep valley, once you're strapped in you'll have the feel of flying over the deep ravine below as your eyes are filled with incredible views.

Once we've arrived at the hostel in Bali, there'll be time to get checked in before we meet back up for a quick chat about our plan for Ubud. Once complete we'll head out to explore the local area to check out what's going on tonight!

Day 5: Exploring Ubud

Stop At: Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Jl. Monkey Forest, Ubud 80571 Indonesia
Located in the centre of Ubud is a location of great importance to the Balinese people. The Sacred Monkey Forest is home to around 300 monkeys who live in and amongst the thick dense foliage. They're extremely friendly and outgoing and certainly aren't afraid to show their interest in you! We'll take a slow meander through the forest learning all about why they're here, how their cared for, why it's a sacred forest and how it affects the local people.

But to get there we want to arrive in style. So from the hostel we'll take a trip to our starting point. Once there, we'll don our life jackets and climb aboard our raft! That's right, to arrive in style, we'll do it by river aboard our sturdy boat. Don't worry, it's not grade 5 white water but there's every chance you might get a little bit wet! This is the perfect way to venture to the forest and is really very funny.

Day 6: A Little Bit Off-Road

Stop At: Bali ATV Ride, Jl. Raya Ubud, Peliatan, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia
Today it's time to really get the adventure on and the adrenaline flowing! We're taking a proper safari through the surrounding jungles, and there's no other way to do this than by ATV!

Make sure your helmet's on tight as we climb aboard our machines and begin to traverse on and off-road through Ubud. This is safe, fun and the perfect way to really explore.

In addition to having amazing fun and laughs, we'll also stop off at a small government elementary school to educate you on the very tough education system here on the island. It's a real eye-opener and will leave you pondering thoughts. But it certainly won't distract you from having a great day surrounded by great people!

Day 7: Can go to Canggu

Stop At: Kubu Terrace Jatiluwih, Banjar Utu, Subak Umedui, Jatiluwih 82152 Indonesia
This morning we wave goodbye to Ubud as we set off for our next location, the up and coming beach town of Canggu. This place has the perfect beach vibe, small bamboo beach bars, tiny boutique shopping outlets, the very best restaurants and more. you have to be here to experience how cool this place is and we can't wait to get you here.

On the way to Canggu, and not long after leaving Ubud, we'll treat you to the most incredible views you'll ever have. The UNESCO rice paddies here are most likely the most photographed on the planet! You really have to see this place to believe it's actually possible.

On the way to Canggu we'll make another stop at Bali's most famous temple. Tanah Lot is located on a tiny rock outcrop and it's breathtaking. We'll visit here for sunset when you can actually feel the effects this spiritual masterpiece has on its visitors.

Once we've arrived at the next hostel, we'll get unpacked and settled before meeting back up to discuss the next few days here in Canggu.

Day 8: Hang 10, dude!

Stop At: Canggu Beach, Jl. Batu Bolong, Canggu Indonesia
"Hang 10, tubed, Chinese wax job" are probably not terms you use in every day life, but they very much are amongst surfers on Bali. So today we're entering their world as we head to the local beach for a brilliant surf lesson!

You'll be riding the waves in no time as the local pro's will have you up and carving in no time. Everything you need is included in this adventure and we'll record all the best moments that will be available to you once you're done so you can show your mates that you're now officially a surf dude!

After what will be a brilliant day, the only way to end it is with a sunset party BBQ at the famous Oldman Bar in Canggu. Swap pictures and videos of your surfing success as we watch the sunset, fill our faces and chill-ax with a few cold one's!

Day 9: Beaches + Bikes = Brilliant Fun!

Stop At: Canggu Beach, Jl. Batu Bolong, Canggu Indonesia
We'll let you have a slow start this morning as you'll no doubt be a bit sore from all of the activities you'll have been up to yesterday, not to mention one too many sunset tipples!

But once we're all ready and prepared we're jumping on our bikes and heading off to explore locally. It's a very a very easy ride so you don't need to be a Tour de France champion to join us. We'll show you everything that you need to know here in Bali's most up and coming resort. We'll point out the places of interest and it won't be long before you realise why this place is becoming more and more popular.

Once we're back at the hostel, you can cool off in the pool and take the rest of the day to do as you please.

Day 10: Let's do Dua!

Stop At: Nusa Dua Beach, Semenanjung Nusa Dua, Nusa Dua 80517 Indonesia
It's going to be tough to tear you away from Canggu as we guarantee you'll love it, but it's on to the next location today, that once you've scratched the surface, we think you'll as much as Canggu!

It's a bit of journey to Nusa Dua so we'll try to leave as early as possible. The journey will show you more of the island and how life changes the closer we get to the south east corner.

Once we've arrived we'll check in to our final hostel and then if you're feeling up to it we'll head to arguably the most beautiful beach on the island. This place is stunning!

We'll also head to the world famous Blow beach where a natural hole in the rocks that's semi-submerged causes a geyser-like effect that's incredibly impressive.

On the beach there's a huge array of water sports that you can choose to give a go. Flying Fox, JetSky are a couple of things that are seriously good fun, but if that's not your thing, just watching others is great fun and almost hypnotic!

Day 11: Beach, Beach, Beach!

It's the last full day of tour today so we've decided that by now, you'll need a rest! Do whatever you want - lie by the pool, head out to the very impressive shopping malls, find a new favourite bar or back to the beach, it's up to you. Your guide will help you to make any arrangements that might be needed.

But tonight, we'll get back together and spend the final night as a group. Our parting gift to you will be a trip ti the highly rated Devdan Show where you'll learn more about the history of Bali in a very entertaining show. We'll also treat you to a final night BBQ - the perfect way to end what we guarantee is the best tour you'll ever do!

Day 12: Don't Goooo.......

That's it. It's all over. Time to say our final farewells, get that last day group photo, hugs and hi 5's! Wherever you're heading next, whatever you're doing after this, your guide will be around to help you with any information you need, and help you to arrange any transport. You're only around 30 minutes from the airport so hopefully there'll be no last minute dashes, we can help to make everything happen smoothly.
