Mindful Talking and Healing in Kuta Beach

This activity is invite the participant into a deeper place of conversation and healing. In this places people could customize their needs, expressing their aspiration and opening a space for them to healing. The atmosphere in front of the beach also can be a support for people to generate a space of transformation.

In this activity, people could become themselves fully. They also could learn so much about Indonesian-style of meditation and nonduality. They also could ask any question regarding to the topics, and also could bring their personal concern into the field of healing. So that they could bring the healing and insight into their home.

Itinerary

Opening :
- We will meet at the Kuta Beach.
- Then I will ask you to sit with us in Marco Stall.
- First of all we will begin with an opening prayer, so that our talk and walk today will bring benefits to all sentient beings.

Sharing and Asking :
- First you could share about your concern and deepest desire.
- Then you could ask me anything about human consciousness. Either western, eastern, or Indonesian Tradition of human exploration.
- As we also will share with you about Indonesian Nonduality and Meditation for Deep Happiness.

Healing :
- We will do a healing session, through conversation and mindful breathing.
- We will deepen the healing with Marga Wismaya methods of healing from Indonesia.
- We will also explore the creative and healing field with Tarot Card.

Walking :
- Then after a while we will walk together just by the beach. Enjoying our steps with mindfulness. Embracing our cosmic body that is whole and indivisible.
- Then after walking for a while, we will do Indonesian breathwork or Indian-Balinese breathwork (Pranayama) to energize and bless our body.

Closing :
- After that we could sit in the side of the beach. Closing our conversation with a deep prayer.
