Naturalist Life Camping is a special interest tour package for those of you who like outdoor activities or want peace by camping. In this activity you will stay with the host in a tent on a small uninhabited island for 3 days 2 nights.

During activities: Island tour, Snorkeling, Swimming, Looking for fish and marine biota that can be consumed, Relax/hang out on the beach, Birds watching, Hunting sunset/sunrise, Learn to cook (seafood), Fish barbeque, Beer night on the beach, etc.

Duratinon: 3 days (maximal option)

To speed up and simplify your trip to Tomia Island, you can take a flight to the Matahora Airport (WNI), Wanci, Wakatobi. After being in Wanci you will take a speedboat by selecting the port and departure time for Tomia Island, namely:

Speed boat:

Jabal Harbor (every morning). Departure time is 09:30 am. The purpose of Usuku port (Tomia Island)

Port of Numana (every afternoon). Departure time is 14.00 pm. Destination of Waha port (Tomia Island)

Regular Boat:

You can also take a direct flight to Baubau Betoambari Airport (BUW). To get transportation to Tomia Island from Bubau, you will go to the port of Murhum to get a regular boat and to schedule a departure every night at 9:00 p.m.

ITINENARY

When you arrive at Tomia Island, I will pick you up at the port where you will arrive later and head to my house to take a break and have lunch together. During activities on Tomia Island, you will stay for free at my house including food and good rooms when you come and come back from Sawa Island.

After resting we will get ready to go to Sawa Island to do activities by boat. For trips to Sawa Island from Tomia Island it only takes 30 minutes. If time permits you can do snorkeling activities before heading to Sawa Island.

While on Sawa Island we will stay together in 1 tent and explore together during the activity. Here also you will learn about local culture how you fish, look for snails, shellfish or marine biota that can be consumed. After that, I will also teach you how to cook fish or snails with traditional herbs prepared during the activity. We will also hold barbecue fish and make fire at night and spend the night drinking beer on the beach.

ABOUT SAWA ISLAND

Sawa Island is one small uninhabited island surrounded only by white sand and clear sea. Sawa Island is only covered with coconut trees and other sand plants. Initially the island was inhabited by fishermen from Tomia Island but with the development of engine technology, the island was finally abandoned by the fishermen and became an empty island.

Sawa Island offers exotic beauty. In front of it, there are scattered dive sites that are very famous to the rest of the world because they are supported by various coral species, fish species and other marine biota. For snorkeling site lovers it is highly recommended. This is what makes tourists, especially divers, comfortable when visiting or traveling to Wakatobi, especially on Tomia Island.

While you are on this island you will feel comfortable because you will be spoiled with a variety of stunning natural scenery such as watching the sunset and sunrise on the beach with a glass of coffee/tea.
